No Cash Required - No Caps on Funding

Freemodel has no arbitrary caps on the scope or size of a project. Their projects range from standard pre-sales preparation to remodeling kitchens, bathrooms and removing walls. If it will be profitable for the homeowner, they’ll do it! The owner pays them at close of escrow.
