What I love most is being able to process the files from virtually anywhere I am. This gives me the flexibility to make sure my files are on track at any given time. I makes me feel good that I can be a helpful asset to the Agents I assist and give them peace of mind that their paperwork is taken care of so they can focus on other important business factors.

Transaction Coordinator Services

Full Service - $350.00 single side     $490 double sided

  • Open Escrow

  • Send introductory email to escrow, clients and cooperating agent

  • Order the termite and retrofit inspections

  • Confirm earnest money has been deposited in escrow and request receipt

  • Prepare disclosures using zipforms and send to clients using preferred method (proficient with Docusign and Digital Ink)

  • Keep track of contingency dates

  • Continuously monitor file for missing or incomplete documents

  • Function as liaison between agents and escrow

  • Review all documents for accuracy and completion

  • Make sure all paperwork is uploaded in DTR and file is complete

  • Confirm CDA was received by escrow

 

Limited Service - $150.00

  • Verify all paperwork/disclosures are fully executed and notify agents when incomplete

  • Prepare a sales report for the office

  • Make sure all paperwork is uploaded in DTR and office file is complete

With this service, the agent is responsible for all paperwork, communication with escrow and other agents, ordering inspections and reports, etc during escrow.  This service is limited to just the above 3 mentioned items
