Phil began his real estate career with Century 21 Beachside in the early 90's and from there went to Century King. Phil has owned and operated his Red Carpet real estate franchise (you may remember those guys). Phil has worked with Coldwell Banker, Prudential California Realty including one of only two buyer's agents for then then number one Realtor in Orange county. Phil was introduced to Exit Realty by his friend Firio who bought the first Exit Realty franchise in Orange county. Phil who was very experienced in the real estate industry and how things ran was so excited about Exit Realty that he proudly proclaims that he became the first Exit Realtor in Orange county (he won't let anyone of us forget it).
Exit Realty (Newport Beach branch) was bought out and Phil decided to change to USA Realty and Loans (he said they made him an offer he could not refuse).

Gabe Almeida, “Your Local Detective-Realtor ®️”, is a seasoned real estate professional who grew up in Torrance, California. Gabe comes to RE/MAX ONE with 14 years experience as a licensed agent, and over 30 years experience of personal real estate investing, including: his own residential homes; various income and rental properties; and multiple flip investments (rehabbing and remodeling).
Gabe is not just a real estate agent, he has a soft spot for helping others. He retired from law enforcement in 2016 as a Police Detective Supervisor after nearly 28 years of service in Los Angeles. Having such a unique history, Gabe looks at real estate through a wide lens, with a focus of service to others. He is the son of an immigrant family with an unwavering work ethic. In the Mid ‘80’s Gabe completed his Construction Technology Major at El Camino College among the top of his class, and also studied Real Estate, Small Business Management, and Property Management.
