I started as a part time receptionist/accounting assistant with James R Gary Real estate in 1993. Then was hired by Prudential California Realty in 1995 as a transaction coordinator. I was recruited by RE/MAX Centre in 1998 and have worked as a TC with RE/MAX owned brokerages ever since. I have worked in real estate for 27 years and have been a TC for 25 years.

Confirm earnest money has been deposited in escrow and request receipt

Prepare disclosures using zipforms and send to clients using preferred method (proficient with Docusign and Digital Ink)
